Pinot Noir Rosé—Our Oliva Vineyard provides us with all the fruit for this lively wine, which is created entirely of Pinot Noir grapes. This wine displays heady floral aromas, featuring apricot blossoms, while flavors of wild mountain strawberries, stone fruits, and mint notes tease the palate.
Pinot Gris—This refreshing blend, which is crafted primarily with Pinot Gris grapes and then layered with a touch of Riesling fruit. Enticing aromas of spicy stone fruits, with hints of honey and smoke fill your glass. The fresh and earthy minerality underscores intense, rich apricot and guava flavors and complements the long, spicy finish.
